Ox3 avast error message6/25/2023 ![]() They suggested I reboot the router (we are hardwired in by cable - not wifi), but that had no effect. Finally, I called the ISP who had me check the Network icon in Control Panel - which shows that she is connected with data going in and out (and no yellow flags), yet for some reason, we cannot connect to the internet using either Internet Explorer 8 or Google Chrome. Since Spybot S&D had supposedly caused the conflict with Avast, I uninstalled that too. ![]() Next, I ran Spybot S&D and Sophos to check for viruses - there were none. I tried doing a reboot, then tried a system restore - but she still had no internet connection. Immediately after uninstalling Avast (using Revo Uninstaller), she lost internet connection. I declined this offer, and uninstalled Avast on her computer (only) since it was no longer working. They said this was due to a conflict with Spybot S&D, but they could fix the problem with Avast by uninstalling Spybot S&D - and charging me $179 for "maintenance" on their Avast software. It would not scan anymore, so I called Avast for help. Yesterday, my wife recieved an Avast error message saying "There are no more endpoints available". Click the blue (ON) slider next to Enhanced Tracking Protection is ON for this site so that it changes to gray (OFF). Click the shield icon to the left of the address bar. Both have paid subscriptions to Avast antivirus, plus the freeware - Spybot S&D and Sophos to clean up the browser cache and eliminate what Avast misses. Open any webpage from the domain in your browser window (this is any URL that has at the beginning). We have 2 computers - mine with Windows 8.1 and my wife's with Windows XP.
